Planning Successful Projects
Strategic Negotiating
Planning Successful Projects is a one-day workshop that provides a practical, multi-level project planning framework and methodology as well as project planning skills training. The skills training includes both planning skills (i.e., identifying project activities/tasks/sub-tasks, budgeting resources, tracking/monitoring progress) as well as key human dynamics such as communicating, dealing with change, and project team-building.
 Strategic Negotiating is a one-day workshop that provides planning skills and strategies for win-win negotiations. Participants learn how to plan and conduct negotiations that focus on mutual interests. The program focuses on developing strategic negotiating skills that help build or maintain the relationship.
Process Improvement
Insight: Problem Solving Workshop
InfoWorks' Process Improvement is a a one-day course that introduces the process improvement cycle and teaches participants to use process improvement tools such as flow charts, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams, benchmarking, brainstorming, Gantt charts, run charts, check sheets, and other tools. Case studies and application exercises are included, along with team activities. Insight: Problem Solving Workshop is a fast-paced, active, one-day problem solving workshop. This workshop has been designed to provide individuals at all levels of an organization with a variety of problem solving tools supported by a common model that can be used in diverse workplace situations. Participants work in teams to explore the problem and identify causes, define the problem, explore solutions, and decide on a practical resolution.
